The Porch

A new small mag in Texas, The Porch, out of Denton.  Some energetic UNT grad students are behind this.  The mags look good and are hand-sewn with glued covers.  I can admire anyone who will do that for 200+ copies.  And some good poetry and fiction by nutty Texans.  This issue #2 has my prose poem "from 703 Notebook" and another ditty called "Let's Ride Trucks," both of which were were first posted here.  Other contributors include Harlin Anderson, Zach Delmont, Krystal Hart, Meredith Doench, Wynn Yarbrough, Scott Porter, Misty Lyons, and Tanda Word.  I am not sure if the publishers are set up to mail copies or if they go out in the Denton area only, but you if you are interested you can query them here.
